Today's Appointment
My bi-weekly appointment with my Doctor went well this morning. Everything seemed to be right on track and although I have not been feeling well this past week, the doctor is not concerned with anything being abnormal. Allie was active on the ultrasound. She was opening her mouth and moving around. Everything once again looked great for her. Nothing with her body is raising any red flags at this time. Please continue to pray that her body is healthy and she does not have any complications during delivery and pray that she does not have CP, Down Syndrome, or anything else that we do not even know to be concerned about.*I will start posting pictures as soon as there is anything worth showing of her. She finally resembles a human and not an alien on the ultrasounds but once they print the picture is is not flattering to her in the least.
Appointments To Come
Our next appointment is on Tuesday at 8:00 and this will be her big growth appointment. We expect her to have grown substantially and would like her as big and developed as possible.One Day in the Near Long Future
Also, as of today she has missed the September 1st cut off for beginning school in Oh...5 or so years. If things stay as they are now, September 1 is the cut off to begin school. I am glad about this as I was the oldest in my grade (with a September 26 birthday) and would rather she be the oldest instead of the youngest in her class.
Kasey, I love that you're thinking about her first day of school and the age cut-off -- I know I did with both of mine, too. Hugs! :)
